What a fantastic experience dealing with Kyle. We had to replace a floor to ceiling double glazed window and from quote to completion was only about a week. Kyle arrived on time and the job was completed with a minimum of fuss and our house was left spotless. I have no hesitation recommending Kyle..he is a true professional.

After having tentatively booked with a big brand, I checked in with First Class and they were super-responsive and significantly more affordable …no shade on the big brands (well not too much anyway) , but it was lovely to get a great price from a local business and have them turn up fast and happy. Absolutely recommend!

Outstanding quality of work.
Genuinely blown away by how well my window has come up.

Unfortunately I’m too young to have watched Picasso paint in the flesh, but I was born at just the right time to see Kyle refit a UV-rated pane of safety glass into my old 1960s semi-rural abode.

12/10, and consider this your reminder to give him a call and get your glazing done right!

I found First Glass Solutions on Google, looking for a local glazier to replace our failed double glazing sliding door that had fogged up inside. Kyle was prompt to return my call and to book a time to measure and quote. He was so reasonable we wish we had organised this much sooner. Great job, polite and we’d recommend him to anyone.

When my dog decided to create her own doggy door through one of my windows, I called Kyle at First Glass Solutions, and he was able to help me out within a couple of hours of my call. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he also replaced the two panels with stronger glass so that it wouldn’t happen again. To top it all off, the price was very reasonable!
Highly recommend Kyle for any glazing needs.

Kyle from First Glass Solutions was absolutely fantastic! When our French door window accidentally shattered, he responded quickly and was incredibly professional from start to finish. Not only did he replace the broken glass, but he also fixed and replaced one of our old front windows that had been damaged for a while. The difference is amazing! Kyle was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and we’re so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Kyle was absolutely outstanding from quoting through to installing our shattered glass door. He was completely trustworthy in his recommendation of what was required and in his pricing (I’d been quoted almost double from another company for the same job). Coupled with exceptional, prompt service and a caring attitude, I couldn’t recommend Kyle more highly.

Kyle fixed our window after our kids kicked a football through it! It was fairly large in size, about A1. Kyle was brilliant. He fit me into his schedule on very short notice, which was hugely appreciated. Repair work was second to none, and was very polite. Would highly recommend. Thank you 🙂
